Our impossible is God’s reality

So much to be thankful this week but the most awesome news is that the young girl we have been praying for is out of intensive care.  Still needs a lot of rehabilitation, but you know what, she is going to be restored to full health and God is to be praised.  Got me to thinking that God can do anything, we know from the Bible that with him all things are possible but I sometimes feel like we really lack true faith and that is what is most important – have faith and ASK God to deliver.

Matthew 19:26 – Jesus looked at them and said, ‘With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.’

So as another aside to this (but pretty major in relation to my journey with God) I have been praying for Baptism of the Holy Spirit, I truly desired this and on Sunday our sermon was about this, in the afternoon I prayed and received, so God is faithful and delivers his promises and I just feel right now that God is smiling at me big time.

IMPOSSIBLE IS YOUR REALITY

How powerful and wonderful that our impossible is God’s reality and that’s for real you see our impossible, things that we find inconceivable, unbelievable, unimaginable are tangible to God, like moving mountains, done….parting the sea, done…. healing the sick, done and making blind men see, all part of God’s reality and what does that mean for us, nothing is impossible with God on our side, he is the solution and his plans are even better than you can imagine, so next time you stand there and say, “that mountain’s too high, that sea is too wide” stop hiding from the truth that with God all things are possible, OK so having faith may not makes things easy but it does make them possible, things happen when God’s involved, he solves our problems, answers our prayers and we are more than conquerors through him who loved us, so alone we can do so little but with God we are mighty warriors, ready to do stuff that man says is unthinkable yet in the blink of an eye God delivers, we fly in the face of adversity and think on, a caterpillar thinks it’s world is ending and then it becomes a butterfly, the best is yet to come for those that know the Lord my God, he is faithful, keeps his covenant of love, move forward with God so failure is not an option, God never sends you into a situation alone so pray with an eye on God not the problem and you know what, it’s kind of fun to do the impossible, wake up non-believers who say it’s implausible, for with God in the picture it’s possible, he is unstoppable, the Battle is his and he never gives up on us, we have an assurance of things hoped for and a conviction of things not yet seen, the Lord has been changing lives, changing futures, changing thoughts since time began, we ought to now comprehend what happens when  God sends his angels into the fight, the Lord is our light and our salvation, ruler of all nations so whom or what shall we fear or dread, hasn’t the Lord himself said to love him with all your heart, mind and soul, extoll his name and boast of his power, our tower of strength, our force of good and excellence so in our helplessness remember this precedent, with God nothing is impossible, nothing too hard for the Lord who loves us, God solves your problems, impossible, not to God, impossible is attainable, achievable and conceivable for him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, so get serious, ask and you will receive, have faith, trust and believe.
