Let my heart be fearless and my requests be adventurous

God brings life into lifeless situations.  Whatever situation you are experiencing or praying for this morning, trust God to breathe life into it and watch with faith.  God is not human, nothing is impossible for him and he performs miracles small and large.

  • Genesis 2:7 -Then the LORD God formed man of dust from the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.
  • Exodus 17:5-6 The Lord answered Moses, “Go out in front of the people. Take with you some of the elders of Israel and take in your hand the staff with which you struck the Nile and go. I will stand there before you by the rock at Horeb. Strike the rock, and water will come out of it for the people to drink.”
  • Ezekiel 37:10 – So I prophesied as he commanded me, and breath entered them; they came to life and stood up on their feet—a vast army.
  • John 11:43 – Jesus called in a loud voice, “Lazarus, come out!” The dead man came out, his hands and feet wrapped with strips of linen, and a cloth around his face.

I pray with faith, I put on my armour paying specific attention to my shield and sword, delving into God’s word I see so many instances where faith sets us free, I fall to my knees, increase my faith Lord, forgive my unbelief, may my prayers no longer be weak, no longer meek but bold and daring, intrepid and enterprising, let my heart be fearless and my requests be adventurous, based on your truth, breathe life into my life, let living water pour through my rocky places, breathe on these bones as they rise up to join your army, death where is your sting, I am rising in victory, doing the work God selected for me, faith my shield, I am healed, forgiven, redeemed and risen again with Jesus, I pray with faith and this time it’s serious.
