God has a plan, God has timing. Sometimes it’s really hard when that timing is not what we want it to be. Trust and faith, two massive words. I say I have them, but when push comes to shove am I really as confident as I should be?
So today I am saying to God, take away my desire to be in control, help me commit my ways, my actions, my plans and my thoughts to you and trust you for the most incredible outcome.
Psalm 37:5 – Commit your way to the LORD; trust in him and he will do this:
Patience, perspective, peace, as I wait at your feet, your right hand extended toward me, trust and believe, knowing that you are at work, I may not see, hear or know the battle that you fight for me but weeping lasts only the night, there’s joy in the morning, a new hope dawning, new life, new creation, a sense of elation as your plans see fruition, I need to listen to you more, open the door of trust still wider, stop acting like I’m an outsider, I am part of your family, part of your plans, I invite you now to take my life in your hands.
