No valley is ever out of God’s range

I was walking through a beautiful valley in Yorkshire this morning with a stream running through it and as I was praying I felt God was saying that even when we are in a valley he is still with us, streams of living water can get everywhere and we should never feel alone, in fact I felt like he was encouraging us to kick off our shoes and jump right in, paddle and even immerse ourselves in his living water and he will provide the strength to climb out of the valley – I  then saw a Kestrel (would like to say it was an eagle but it was definitely a kestrel) and it reminded me that we will soar on wings like eagles – Isaiah 40:31 – but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

On mountains high and in valleys low I will praise my God, and as you walk through this valley know this, no valley is ever out of God’s range, no valley too deep that he does not hear your weeping, no night so dark that the sun will not rise, and you may feel that you’ve been knocked down lower than you have ever been but that’s just so you can stand up taller than you ever were, God is here, God is everywhere, like water he reaches the most hard to reach places, his love courses through the toughest terrain, just look on this valley as a valley of change, a stage for your greatest comeback, relax and sing praise as you raise your head to the sky, for you will soar on wings like an eagle, you will run and not grow weary, this story has a happy ending, immerse yourself in his cleansing love, take hope and joy from your God above.
