I am heartened cos I know by your power you will save me

Give thanks to God for the great victory even when facing great challenges knowing and believing that he will deliver us and see us through anything the world can throw at us.

Psalm 138 – Though I am surrounded by troubles, you will bring me safely through them. You will clench your fist against my angry enemies! Your power will save me.

Praise Outageously

I will praise you God with all my heart, even when it feels like my world is falling apart I will praise you outrageously, celebrate your name extravagently, exclaim to all of the love you have for me, the fact that it never falters and never fails, nothing alters your love for me and you are faithful to me, your promises are good, you never back out of a promise, you never let me down, when I pray you answer me, you encourage me and you are all I need, you are the truth in which I believe, you are my rock, my shelter, whenever I am surrounded by troubles it is you who protects me in a bubble of security, you rise up against my enemies, you see my pain, you see my hurt, you are alert to all that grieves me and I am heartened cos I know by your power you will save me, your plans are freely given and I am driven to seek your way, to ask you every day what plans you have for me, I see your love, I feel your kindness and I know that out of this mess you will work it all out, I have no doubt the Lord my God will not abandon me, you made me, you love me immensely and through you love I am free to love without constraint, it’s hard to explain how much that means unless you too have believed.
