Sometimes we worry so much about what others think or say about us but don’t ask the important question… What God thinks about ME? What does he say I am?
So taking inspiration from the Bible here is just one version of what God thinks of me, I am valuable:)
I am Valuable. You see I am created by the creator God, he breathed life into my nostrils having created me in his own image, lovingly he knit me together in my Mother’s womb and I am fearfully and wonderfully made, more valuable than many sparrows I hold dominion over all the creatures of the earth and the birds of the heavens, I am crowned with glory and honour as the pinnacle of God’s almighty creation, and despite our sin in his devotion he gave us his son so that all who believe will not die but have eternal life how awesome that while we were still sinners Christ died for us, while we remained hostile God reconciled our sin by the death of his son, by grace we are saved, we are born again, adopted, no longer orphans, heirs of God who loves us as a perfect Father so we are created new the old has passed away, sin no longer our master, dead to sin alive to Christ, finally free from the yoke of sin and of death, no more in condemnation our sins are forgiven, risen with Christ, righteous in his sight, saved by grace, justified by faith, secure and free, nothing can separate us from his love because we have his Spirit living right in us, part of the people of God we live by faith, we abide in him for to live is Christ and to die is gain and we remain in him when we no longer live by our own power, he guides us to the truth, empowering us to do his work and we will be transformed, one day we will be changed, in a moment, in a twinkling of an eye, as the last trumpet sounds, our dwelling place will be with God who will wipe every tear from our eyes, there will be no more death, no mourning, no pain, no crying, we will drink from the water of life, God himself will present a feast of food and wine, we will enter his rest and inherit the Kingdom prepared for us, step into fullness of joy for evermore, we shall see his face and remain with him in that place for eternity, therefore as God’s representative on earth walk in a manner worthy of your calling, no longer walk in darkness but as a child of the light, light of the world, a city on a hill, called, chosen, a saint, a servant, a steward and a soldier, a witness, a worker, victorious through Jesus the future is glorious, a citizen of heaven for ever and ever.
